I DID IT!

Image
I FINALLY reached my goal and ran my very first half marathon! It was BRUTAL..but I got through it and I'm so glad I did it! My only goal was to run the whole time and aside from taking a bathroom break in the bushes, I did it! Thanks to the help of my partner Erin! At times I was BEARLY running and she would just jog in place and say.."you can do it! We are almost there!" Or "Don't give up now..we are so close!"...I'm not gonna lie..there were a few times I wanted to throw a right hook, but I didn't and kept going. I am SOOOO glad that I reached a goal that I set and I really did it! But I don't know if that AWESOME feeling of reaching a goal out ways the ...blisters, toe nail falling off, getting a bladder infection cause I held my pee for 7 miles, and the not being able to move for 2 days after...its a toss up! And this is the only pic I have at the time..its from my phone. My camera is currently packed up and ready for the move..so those pics...

Look out..psychopath on the Loose!

Reason for my last post..lets go back in time to 2005. Started taking Yasmin ("the pill")...3 month later I got married then..Yasmin took over my body and I became a bi-polar psychopath. I would BAWL for no apparent reason, FLIP out and get RAGGING mad, and also was looking a little thick around the mid section! Kory's thoughts at this time...'Wow! What did I marry..she is a psycho!'...He would make comments such as.."DON'T LET THE BIRTH CONTROL TAKE YOU OVER!" ...Then that would make me even more mad to which I would reply.."ITS NOT THE FREAKING BIRTh CONTROL!" Anyways..you get the gist of it! Then while I was ON birth control just three months after we got married I got the surprise of a LIFE TIME..I was pregnant! Our marriage was WONDERFUL after that! I soon realized that it was the birth control and my body did NOT handle that well at all! So lets come back to the present day. My last post..I have just recently had to start taking the m...

I swear this happens to me WAY more than it should... You see a person..you think it is someone you know....you start waving like a mindless idiot....the person gets closer....not who you thought it was...they are now looking at you and thinking..."who is that? should I know her?? I don't know her, what a nightmare".....Pretty sure I need my eyes checked. Or when you are in line with someone who you don't know and they feel the need to try and make a funny joke, or carry on a conversation with you. Then you have to do a nice "pity laugh", or the remark to their dumb comment. How can you not know when you are getting pity laugh?? Is it just me??...Well it could be my daughter waving hi to every person...which in returns obligates me to talk to the people. I usually wouldn't mind, but she is definitely attracted to the odd ones!

I LOVE EASTER! I have always loved Easter my whole life, probably cause I have a small addiction to candy. It is SOO much funner when you have kids who kind of understand what is going on! I LoVe watching Brynn get so excited over EVERYTHING! It has been SO much fun! But I have a say that in the mist of all this fun with her I did have a little bit of a rough day yesterday. Yesterday was April 10Th, the day I was due. I was a little broken hearted all day long and thought..wow, I cant believe that I would be having a baby today. I know it happened for a reason and I am SOOO grateful I got the experience to carry the baby for a short while and so grateful I was able to hear its little heartbeat! I'm so glad that I was able to be apart of what ever the purpose it needed to fulfil was. I KNOW we will get to have another family member to meet when all is said and done and I cant wait for that day!!! Anyways HAPPY EASTER!!! Pics to come later!

I LOVE ERIN!

I just have to hurry and give a SHOUT OUT to Erin!!!! I LOVE this giRl! For the past few weeks..maybe a month tops, She has been my new running partner. I'm not gonna lie, I was not to sure about her expectations at first.(I could only run 3 miles by myself) CAUSE LETS FACE IT..I am NOT a running kind of person! But she has pushed me farther than I ever thought was possible! Last night we ran 10 miles..by the end of it, my feet were THROBBING!!! But I was SO glad that she helped me accomplish it! There is NO WAY I could or would have done it on my own! She is the BEST motivator! THANK YOU ERIN!!! Next up..NEW RUNNING SHOES..and a half marathon at the end of the month! WISH ME LUCK!! I WILL NEED IT!
