Morris Family

So recently over the past few weeks, Brynn has grown up so much. She just seems so big to me now, it is such a bitter sweet thing. I absoloutly LOVE the age she is at now! She is so much fun, and can understand pretty much everything. She loves to talk too. Alot just jibber jabber..a few words here and there, but it seems more and more words eveyday. She has repeated some of the words I say sometimes..for example..We were sitting on the couch and she threw her milk down and the floor. She look at me with a little smerk on her face and I said.."Brynn, you are so sassy!" She took a miniute and looked at her milk then looked and me and started repeating over and over again.."sassy..sassy!" I know..what a word to learn huh! If I tell her to say a word she usually does pretty good to say it. Last night when I was going to put her to bed, I showed her the picture of Jesus we have hanging in our living room. I asked her "Brynn who's that?"...Brynn says.....

Well not to much has been going on lately. Brynn and I go swim at the pool where we live. My friends will bring their kids over and we all go..something to do to get out of the house for a little while anyways..Brynn loves it! She is such a little fish! She LOVES to wear the sunglasses my mom got her..I can't believe it, I thought for sure she would of had them ripped off after about 2 seconds of them being on. Also on fathers day we decided to go up the canyon and roast hot dogs with some friends. It was alot of fun! Kory is the best dad in the whole world! Brynn loves him so much! I love to see him play with her..she seriously just lights up when she is around her dad. He is such a hardworker! Im SOOO grateful for him and everything he does for our little family. Oh and P.S. ...I know I look a little rough around the edges in the pic..but can you really blame me..we were up the canyon..there is no other way to look!! =)

So we...well I (Kory doesn't really care) decided to go get Brynn's pictures taken. We havent done it for a while so I decided we better do it. She looks so BIG in them! She did such a good job smiling for the camera, she usually just stares blank when I try and take a picture, so I was really proud of her.

Brynn, Brynn, Brynn..What can I say about my little sweetheart. She is the most wonderful surprise I have ever received! What a blessing she is in our lives! I coudn't even imagine life any other way now that we have her here! But now the time has come..I didn't plan on it coming this soon, but it has! It creeped up on me slowly these past couple weeks, but Im pretty sure its here to stay for a while...it's the TERRIBLE TWOS! It has certinaly hit our home lately. Brynn has the FUNNEST and SWEETEST personality, but she has just learned how to throw gigatic fits (in not the best places) and she has a new set of lungs I didnt know exsisted. She will even wag her finger at me and tell me.."no, no!" Things turn pretty ugly when she wants somethng she can't have. So now I am trying to learn the whole dicipline thing. She is still my sweet little girl, but every once in a while we get a little visitor from a VERY unwelcome friend! Wish me luck! ;)

So on Saturday we took Brynn to the zoo. She LOVED it! Her favorite thing right now is animals..so that was the perfect little vacation for her. She was so fasinated with all the animals, and made all the animal sounds she knew. Later we went to the Bees game. We had such a fun day!! We got to spend the weekend with Korys parents, they love Brynn so much and we are so grateful for everything they do for us!

So this past week we have been in Delta. Kory had to work in Fillmore, so we went over on Wed. night. We have been gone every weekend this whole month with just different things. We always have a fun time though! The whole family was there this weekend playing softball of course! It is always so fun to get to go see family! I LOVE Delta in the summer! It brings back such fun memories! I have also LOVED the warm weather this weekend..it just brightens my mood and makes things so much more enjoyable! Brynn is so funny..she loves to dress up in my neclace and bracelet..she thinks she is SO cute and SO big! She walks around and makes sure that everyone sees that she has them on. Well that about does it for us! Nothing to exciting!

So lately I have had one question that I have been hearing ALOT these past few weeks..and I am beginnng to wonder if there is a rule that I am missing or what...The BIG question has been..."SO WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE ANOTHER BABY???" Then after that they go on to say.."Brynn is 19 months old you know..don't you think it's about time you have another.." Well I got thinkig about that. Is there a rule that after your baby is 18 months old you need to start trying? I hope not cause I am not quite ready yet. I am not ready to give up my 'sleeping all the way through the night' nights. Also Brynn is at such a fun age and I love to get to play with her. Also gaining an extra 20+ pounds is not really what I need at this moment. But to be perfectly honest...I am absoloutly TERRIFIED to go from just one to two..Can I handle that?? Im sure I can in the future but not just yet..It is so crazy for me to think about actually having to "PLAN" the next...
