BIGGEST LOSER IS...MY FAVORITE!!



My new favorite show these past couple of months had been..The Biggest Loser. It was so addictive..every Tuesday night I was a faithful watcher! I am always so amazed with how much weight they lose and the transformations their bodies under go. I have to admit, I was in tears after many showes telling Kory.."I am so sick of being fat, I want to lose weight!" But let's face it, when it comes to me and food..I seriously have no self control! It's pretty pathetic! So of course I dont do anything about it and just continue on eating like a 30 year old man who is over weight. Well..last night was the season finale..and it was AWESOME! The girl who I was rooting for won and she looks AMAZING! She is the first biggest loser woman! I talked to Kory after and he asked me.."so how much did she weight?..and I told him 122. He said.."Wow really..She weighs less than you!"...He really is a nice husband..sometimes he just doesnt think before he says things! So I really should thank him because that comment was what did it for me last night. So I am declairing that I really am going to do it this time!!! I have everyone who reads my blog as a witness!! ( I have said this before..ALOT! So lets hope it works out!) TIPS ARE WELCOME!!!!

Well, personally, I think you look great! You don't need to lose anything, silly! But I can understand the frustrations of gaining weight. It comes with motherhood. ( except for those lucky people that don't gain weight and we just hate them lol) I am currently trying to lose weight as well and the only tip that I have are to:
*Drink A LOT of water ( a glass before each meal to fill you up)
*Don't eat after 7 PM
*Throw anything away that might be tempting ( Matt keeps all his candy at work so I won't throw it away)

Jenny! You're too cute as it is! But I can definitely relate to how you feel, especially now that the sun is starting to shine (kinda) and Summer will be here before we know it! I don't really have any tips because I've never been good at dieting or watching what I eat. And can honestly admit to never counting the calories or reading the labels on the packaging. Despite that, I know that giving up soda and a morning jog would really do me some good. Healthy eating and exercising is the best way to go. So you go girl! Maybe someday I'll have the will-power you do.
Water and less junk.
I dont know why the freak your worried. My husband told me to go to the gym with you because he has seen such a difference in you for crying out loud. You skinny minny!

crappy food will help.

Hey jen.. I have found that if you have a contest or a bet with someone. it really helps push you along. I know thats the only way i get things done... for the summer my best friend and I are having a biggest looser contest and we are still working on what the biggest looser gets... lol.. something great.. but I have set goals for myself and I have tracking sheets.. its going to be a good summer lol.. and I drink tonz of water.. I have a small jug thing from walmart.. it really helps me get it done.. Well good luck with it all..
