can you say AWKWARD?!?!


Okay so I know that I posted yesterday but I had to share a little experience I had today. So I decided to brave the storm and take Brynn shopping with me. Something ALWAYS happens..ALWAYS.. why would this time be any different...it wasn't. We were at a clothing store and ya know the racks are right next to each other. Well there was a lady standing right next to us, the next rack over. Anyway, Brynn says to me..(I guess I wasn't paying attention to what was going on around me)..."Mommy, she farted!"..(Yes, at this time she is pointing her finger at the lady)...then she said, "She needs to say 'excuse me'"...Wow..that was one awkward moment! I didn't really know what to do but walk away. FAST! She also told me today that her Elmo doll was "Chubby"...so now I'm just waiting for that word to pop up somewhere..I apologize in advance. I seriously have no idea where she gets the things she says. It truly is amazing. I am CONSTANTLY double taking and asking her..where did you hear that? Also..Can I give a shout out to Uncle Cory for teaching her the "FART" word. Thanks alot! Also Kenna...(you know what you taught her.)

I am the WORST blogger ever! We haven't had the Internet since we moved to Delta. So basically the last year has been CRAZY! After our last blog post we.... *Built a new home..(which ALMOST ended me and Kory's 6 year marriage) *Spent many summer days and the Rez and park. *Brynn started pre-school *Shayne developed her fun,sassy,aggressive,loud,funny personality *We celebrated our 6th year of marriage *Brynn's 5th year of life *Kory started his own heating and air business *Christmas And now here we are in 2012 and Shayne is about to turn 2. You know, when I woke up this morning I was laying in bed wondering what I was going to do today. Saturdays are pretty lonely now with Kory working all the time. Well lucky for me, I had a part of my morning already planned without even knowing it. What a wonderful day today..it's 10:22 and I have already had my 3 year old tell me.. "Mom, I am getting married today, and I also have my baby coming to my wedding"..(as she proceeds to stick her little belly out as far as it can go.) "I will go get ready." Wow.
