Changes...

Brynn Ann Morris's life completely changed on Jan. 20, 2010. Her 'only child' status came crashing down. She was heartbroken. She had held that status for 3 years! She has now been forced to find a new independence. Some days, she is still in her favorite Abby Cadbby Jammie's, (which are a size 18 months I might add) till noon...or later. Her hair has food in it from the night before. In the meantime I am spending my life feeding Shayne. So now I have to be...Beast, Prince Phillip, 7 Dwarfs, Kris Kringle, Shreak...etc. all from a sitting positing while feeding Shayne. She even helps herself to the food in the kitchen. This has caused many messes! I will not even tell you what she has had for lunch some days. She has her moments when she LOVES Shayne..."baby sister is so cute, I'm so glad I have a baby sister." And also some not so good moments.."Mom! I want her to go back in your belly!"...."Don't hold her anymore!"

She has watched every PBS kids cartoon possible, and every princess movie know to man. But as I look at her with her shirt that is so small that it exposes her belly and forearm, her pants that hit her just below the knee, and her hair that has food in it and snarls all over...I am happy to announce that things are getting back to normal! I think I have figured out having two kids..well as of now. I think I can balance things and we can get back to getting ready for the day.

Also some progress on Brynn's part...She FINALLY found a good use for her baby sister.....

"Mom..I know..She can be Sleeping Beauty and I will be Prince Phillip".......

That picture is so sweet! You are such a good mommy. It all smooths over with just some time. I'm glad to hear that she is adjusting to the baby. Can't wait to see them both.

Everyone has those moments, it will get better soon! I am glad that Brynn has found a use for her:) That is so cute!

That is so sweet. I love it. Just when you get a routine down, they change sleeping habits. It's never ending but all worth it.

Ahhh, what a cute big sister! They've have so much fun playing princesses together in a year or so. I'm glad you're adjusting and doing well. I hear jumping from 1 to 2 kids is quite the change. I guess we'll find out too in 5 months. Put up more pics! Shayne is such a doll, I want more!!! I miss you so much, and wish we lived close still so we could hang out and our girls could play.

Im back....

I am the WORST blogger ever! We haven't had the Internet since we moved to Delta. So basically the last year has been CRAZY! After our last blog post we.... *Built a new home..(which ALMOST ended me and Kory's 6 year marriage) *Spent many summer days and the Rez and park. *Brynn started pre-school *Shayne developed her fun,sassy,aggressive,loud,funny personality *We celebrated our 6th year of marriage *Brynn's 5th year of life *Kory started his own heating and air business *Christmas And now here we are in 2012 and Shayne is about to turn 2. You know, when I woke up this morning I was laying in bed wondering what I was going to do today. Saturdays are pretty lonely now with Kory working all the time. Well lucky for me, I had a part of my morning already planned without even knowing it. What a wonderful day today..it's 10:22 and I have already had my 3 year old tell me.. "Mom, I am getting married today, and I also have my baby coming to my wedding"..(as she proceeds to stick her little belly out as far as it can go.) "I will go get ready." Wow. What a big piece of info to swallow,all in one sentence! After a prayer inside my head... 'Please don't let this moment be of things to come!' I decided we better get some photos of the BIG DAY!
