You know, when I woke up this morning I was laying in bed wondering what I was going to do today. Saturdays are pretty lonely now with Kory working all the time. Well lucky for me, I had a part of my morning already planned without even knowing it. What a wonderful day today..it's 10:22 and I have already had my 3 year old tell me.. "Mom, I am getting married today, and I also have my baby coming to my wedding"..(as she proceeds to stick her little belly out as far as it can go.) "I will go get ready." Wow. What a big piece of info to swallow,all in one sentence! After a prayer inside my head... 'Please don't let this moment be of things to come!' I decided we better get some photos of the BIG DAY! Once again I attempted a NIGHTMARE photo shoot with my girls. It was an absolute disaster! When one wasn't being difficult the other one was..no one wanted to cooperate! Anyway this is all that semi turned out...if anyone knows of anyone in Vegas who takes pictures and isn't super expensive...let me know!

I seriously can't believe how time has flown by with baby number two!! She is the biggest cheeser and I love it!! She has the biggest smile that can melt ANYONES heart. She is super chill and LOVES to be held. She sits up by herself and playes with her toys. She LOVes food! All food..anything we put in her mouth she will eat. She loves Brynn. I could listen to them laugh and squeal all day long! The screaming an dcrying I could do without for sure! She is seriously the best..but when it comes to being hungry or time for bed, she will let you know it till you do something about it! She is my little miracle baby and I don't even know what I would have done without her!!!! She is such a joy in our home and I LOVE LOVE my sweet baby Shayne SOOO much!!!! I would post her 6 months pics but..as you probably have guessed..we don't have any. In fact I have had no pictures but her newborn ones. SWEET MOTHER AWARD GOES TO...me.

Tonight..after a 2 week long vaca...I am back home. I am sitting here thinking..."HOME". Where is home?? Since I have been married (to the best guy in the world) this last move to Vegas is Move #9. Can you believe it! Two kids and 9 moves later, I still feel like I don't have a place to call home. We have had a rough couple of days down here and being in Utah for the past two weeks, knowing what I am missing, did not make these last few days any less diffacult..just fuel to the fire! When I am here I am just fine. I LOVE all of my cute friends, and my fun ward. But nothing compares to being with family! I just has me questioning..where will my 'home' end up being?? When will we be done moving?? Where will Brynn friend a best friend, where will Kory get to play softball, where will there be another lonely mom who wants to hang out with me? When will my girls have a yard to play in? Will it ever come??????

So..up until yesterday we had just been using the antenna and getting about 2, on a good day 3 channels. One of those channels was Fox. This channel has the most bizarre news casters I have ever seen. I think they have taken being 'Vegas' news casters to the extreme! One woman is completely OUT OF HER MIND! She is on in the morning and she is NUTS! It's hard to watch and I get embarrassed for her! The weather man is gay, which is fine...but let the hand jesters end and just report the weather! Another man does a nightly piece called 'The Rant'...I will just let you image it for yourselves. Finally I had to break down and pay the $16.04 to watch something else. An up date here...we have had some firsts.. The Griswold's go to HOOVER DAM.. Brynn's first sleep over *BRYNN'S FIRST BIKE CRASH...only minor injuries were acquired Shayne eats her first real baby food..sweet potatoes were a BIG HIT! Shayne goes swimming...LOVES it!! This is just a quick update about my new status in life.... THINGS ABOUT VEGAS I HAVE LEARNED IN A WEEK... (this morning alone...) *Ranks in the top 5 for most people getting shot.. *2nd highest Divorce rate... Okay now thats out of the way... *We have 2 channels, on a good day 3..(no cartoons)..sad sometimes at our house! *No internet, just at the club house. *People here are CRAZY drivers! Good thing I lived in Utah County for a little while! *I have not dared to venture out on my own yet...not wanting to get lost with the girls *Sometimes get a little paranoid about things *Has A MILLION furnature stores and I have been to EVERY SINGLE FRINKING ONE! *Members are scarce here..I must be looking in the wrong places...WHERE ARE YOU ALL?? *Our church is in Boulder City *Went to Hoover Dam, on the HOTTEST and BUSIEST day of the year...Felt like the Grizzwolds *Has been at least 100 Degrees since we got here ..give or take a few degrees *This weekend the HEAT ADVISORY starts for the next 7...
